Wow! Russell did such a great job with our camper! We were used to dealerships charging just to look at it and then charging for the repair. Plus, we didn't get to see what was actually happening with the repair. Russ did a great job of educating us about what was wrong with our refrigerator, plus he fixed other minor things around the camper, and they no longer irritate us. He also has a sense of humor! After he looked at our refrigerator, still sitting on the floor, he looked up at me and said with his trekky humor, "It's dead, Jim!" As a fellow Start Trek fan, I perfectly understood what he meant, and I appreciated his honesty. He didn't stop there, he wrote a wonderful technical letter to the warranty company, and they covered most of the cost to replace the refrigerator! Russ said that the best refrigerator is in Shipshewanna, IN, so we packed up our RV later on and made a trip to Indiana to drop off our RV and visit relatives. We picked up the refrigerator, and presto! The new Dutchaire refrigerator works so well, better than the Furrion. We are very happy. If you want honesty, understanding, and expertise, choose Russell. If he happens to go to one of your rallies and you get him without having to pay a driving fee, jump at the opportunity! We did, and we don't regret it. Denise Tilden

Very knowledgeable and quick
Russell was able to determine where the blockage was in my water line to my toilet and make the fix. While doing that I asked him to install a shutoff valve to the water line of the toilet to make future repairs easier. He was also able to determine the check valve in my water pump was not working so I had him install a new water pump.
RV Stereo died after firmware update
Russell is one impressive technician. I took a chance when we got to our campground seeing his sign about RV technician. Given I had more of an audio/ IT issue not sure he would be able to help. Turns out he is really good with this type of work. Highly recommend as he is well versed on total RV repair.

A/C outside cleaning
Russell did maintenance on our camper A/C’s. He informed us of their condition and gave us some pointers. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would use him again. Highly recommend him.

Furnace diagnosis
Russell found that the motorhome needed a replacement for a discontinued furnace and referred Mark to a technician who could finish the job.
TV reception
Russell traced poor reception to a damaged antenna and feed cable. Daniel reported that the channel scan improved from 15 to 75.
Refrigerator repair
Russell coordinated with the manufacturer to replace a failed defrost component and get the refrigerator cooling again.
